Three Waters Farm’s name is derived from the natural landscape it sits on - with wetlands, a spring-fed lake, and the North Creek flowing through an ancient riverbed on ancestral Mohican land. Established in 1860, this land once thrived as one of Columbia County’s largest dairy farms, providing for the community of Hudson. Today, the Piastrelli family is committed to continuing this legacy by regenerating the land, supporting the community, and creating a space for shared experiences that reconnects us to the land and each other.
Nestled in Ghent, NY, Three Waters Farm is a certified organic, modern-day farmstead devoted to regenerative farming and the flourishing of all life. Our land is both a working farm and sanctuary. We cultivate more than just food; we nurture connection—to the earth, to ancestral wisdom, and to one another. Three Waters Farm is a gathering place for those seeking to remember their roots and reimagine what it means to belong to the land.
our story
Open late April thru October, our honor system roadside farm stand offers organically fed chicken eggs and other farm goods, like raw honey from our apiary, maple syrup from our trees, fresh flower bouquets, fruit and produce. We’re just down the road from the famous Bartlett House bakery and coffee shop at 688 County Route 9 in Ghent —make us part of your weekend ritual.

EVENTS
At Three Waters Farm, we love bringing people together on the land. We host farm dinners in the fields and small, meaningful gatherings in our old Milk Barn— women’s circles, hands-on workshops, and community events that honor the changing seasons. The Milk Barn is also available to rent for your own gatherings. Get in touch if you’d like to host something here.
Our certified organic, grass-fed cows provide nourishing beef raised right here on the farm. Available now: ground beef for $10 per pound and stew meat for $12 per pound. Holiday provision boxes coming soon!
Raw honey from our own bees, made from the wildflowers that bloom around the farm — $12 (8 oz) / $24 (16 oz). Currently available at the farm stand or reach out to purchase some if you're local.
Our organically fed hens are free to scratch, dust bathe, and roam outdoors, producing flavorful eggs for $7 a dozen. Currently available at the farm stand. Check our our Winter Egg Share, starting Nov 15th!
