Three Waters Farm’s name is derived from the natural landscape it sits on - with wetlands, a spring-fed lake, and the North Creek flowing through an ancient riverbed on ancestral Mohican land. Established in 1860, this land once thrived as one of Columbia County’s largest dairy farms, providing for the community of Hudson. Today, the Piastrelli family is committed to continuing this legacy by regenerating the land, supporting the community, and creating a space for shared experiences that re-connects us to the land and each other.
Nestled in the Hudson Valley of New York, Three Waters Farm is a modern-day farmstead where we're passionate about regenerative farming and creating a space where the living world thrives. Our farm is a sanctuary for plants, animals, and all living beings—a place where the grit of handwork meets pastoral beauty. We’re a community space for those seeking a deeper connection with their food, their roots, and the land.
